Ghanaian model and television personality Efia Odo has advised Ghanaians to desist from sin after the National Fasting and Prayers Day.

The country is today embarking on a nationwide fasting and prayers to appeal to God to intervene in the outbreak of the coronavirus.

Last weekend, the President, in his address to the nation announced this initiative.

As a result, Efia Odo has taken to social media to call on Ghanaians to avoid sinning after today.

She wrote;

“Pray and return not back to your evil ways. No point of fasting and praying if you’re gonna go back to doing the sammmmeeeee evil things. Repentance comes from the heart not from the mouth.”

Ghana has so far recorded 68 cases of the coronavirus with three people confirmed dead.
